Exchange Policy
Please note:
Some products in our lineup are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page and on the packaging.
Products purchased during the sale are not eligible for exchange.
An exchange claim is permitted once per order. After a product has been exchanged, it is not eligible for further exchanges under any circumstances.
Any customized or altered products can not be exchanged.
Exchange Claim Process:
You can request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product by filling out and submitting the “Exchange Claim” form on rimotogear.com. Please note, exchange requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted, and any contact made before submitting the form won’t count as an exchange request.
For any accepted exchange request, we’ll try to arrange a reverse pickup from the address you provided. Once the product passes the physical inspection by our team, we’ll reship your order with the updated product, color, and/or size you requested while filling out the form.
If we’re unable to arrange a reverse pickup for an accepted exchange request, we’ll kindly ask you to ship the product to our facility using a trackable courier service. Once we receive the product and it passes the physical inspection by our team, we’ll ship your updated product, color, or size you requested while filling out the form. We’ll also compensate you for the courier charges with store credit, redeemable on rimotogear.com and valid for 6 months. The compensation will be based on the courier invoice you provide, up to a predefined maximum amount. Please note, Rimoto is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss during transit to our warehouse.
Terms and conditions for exchanging
The exchange request will be processed based on the availability of the requested product, color, and/or size at the time we receive your request.
If the requested product is in stock and its MRP is higher than the product in your original order, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference. Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, or other available options, and must be completed before we dispatch the new product.
If the requested product is in stock and its MRP is lower than the product in your original order, we’ll ship the new product to you and issue store credit for the difference. The store credit will be valid for 6 months and can be used on rimotogear.com. Please note, we don’t offer cash refunds in this case.
