Please note:

  • Some products in our lineup are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be mentioned on the product page and on the packaging.

  • Products purchased during the sale are not eligible for return.

  • Any customized or altered products can not be returned.

Return claim process:

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. To do so, simply fill out and submit the "Refund Claim" form on rimotogear.com. Please note, refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted, and any contact made prior to submitting the form won’t count as a refund request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, factory-fresh condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and parts attached and intact. The refund approval will depend on a physical inspection of the product by our quality control team at our central warehouse.

We reserve the right to accept or decline the return request based on the outcome of the physical inspection. If the product passes the inspection, we’ll approve the refund and confirm it with you via email. However, if the product doesn’t meet the unused, factory-fresh condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and parts attached, the refund request will be denied, and the product will be shipped back to the address provided in your original order.

If the product passes the physical inspection, you’ll receive store credit that’s valid for 6 months and can be used exclusively on rimotogear.com. You can use the store credit for one or more products in a single transaction. Please note, we don’t offer cash refunds for accepted return claims.
